Ranked Seasons

Ranked, also known as Ladder, is the main mode in which players compete every season.

The first Monday of every month at 9am UTC, scores are reset and players receive badges based on their final rank.

Over time, this system has changed, and so have our badges. The main variants we have are:

• Legacy Ladder badges
• Path of Legends / Ranked badges

Each player may have up to 3 badges for each of these 2 types. These badges show the season rank in their slot, which is a number from #1 up to #9999.

Ranked Season badges are tied to specific Clash Royale accounts based on the player tags, and are not visible for other linked accounts of esports profiles.

Legacy Ladder badges

There have been 96 seasons of Legacy Ladder. This system used to be based on trophies, as a direct continuation of trophy road.

The last season of this kind finished in October of 2022, and is not expected to return. This means that these badges can no longer be obtained, but we still display them as a record of past results.

Ranked badges

Ranked badges are still active and can be obtained every season by playing Ranked. This system used to be known as Path of Legends, but the badges are considered part of the same category.
