Access Issues: Malaysia

Some users have reported not being able to access our site in Malaysia. We don’t know the cause of this except that our servers are working properly. We don’t know which ISPs (internet service providers) are blocking access to our site. Please drop us a support ticket to provide more information.

You can get around this issue by:

• Changing your DNS to something else, e.g.:
  • 1.1.1.1 (Cloudflare. Recommended)
  • 8.8.8.8 (Google)
• Use VPN. Virtual Private Network.
